USA, Gjiknuri: Meetings with US officials on attracting foreign investment

During the visit to Washington, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Damian Gjiknuri held a meeting with Wilbur Ross, Secretary of Trade in the United States of America. During the meeting with Mr. Ross, Minister Gjiknuri underlined that Albania has many potential, a friendly environment and welcomes investments from US companies.

Secretary of Commerce in the United States recognized Minister Gjiknuri with the latest developments in the US economy, which have their expected effects in the entire world economy.

Following his stay in Washington, Minister Gjiknuri also held a meeting with leaders of the well-known American company Exxon Mobile, where they talked about the possibilities of cooperation and potentials offered by Albania in the oil and gas sector.
