Notice: “On the Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer of the Vlora International Airport (VIA)”

The Government of the Republic of Albania, through the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has decided to implement the project “On the Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Transfer of the Vlora International Airport (VIA)”.
The selection of the Winning Bidder will be based on an open and competitive procedure, in accordance with the Law 125/2013 “On Concessions and Private Public Partnerships”, as amended, which will be developed in the Electronic Procurement System on the official website www.app .gov.al
For the sake of transparency, any information on the bidding process will also be published on the official website of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy in real time.
