Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, closely followed the situation created during the night as a result of intense precipitation rainfall. The minister described the situation as severe, while stressing that state institutions are in charge of duty and are working for the normalization of the situation as quickly as possible.
