ARAA-IKMT cleans the Lezha-Shkodër-Hani i Hotit and Levan-Kakavijë axes

In the fifth week of field intervention, the Albanian Road Authority and the National Territorial Defense Inspectorate continued to clear national road nodes and axes from the tables and objects placed in contravention of the Road Code.

In the Lezha-Shkodër-Hani i Hotit axis 127 tables, 3 outpatients selling fruits-vegetables, 8 tombstones, 5 metal constructions, building materials vases and flags.were removed from the street.

On the national road axis Levan-Kakavija were removed 167 advertising boards of various sizes, among which 34 special tables with dimensions from 80 m2 to 200 m2. On this axis 22 offshore shopping malls went off the road, 5 washings, 4 kiosks were dropped and 4 containers were moved. In this intervention were also cleaned 3 garbage dumps and machinery located next to the carriageway.

The Albanian Road Authority reminds all entities that operate alongside national roads that the relocation of tables and materials removed during this intervention leads to the imposition of measures ranging from fines to criminal proceedings.
