Gjiknuri gets support in the US for projects that guarantee energy security

The meeting was announced by Minister Gjiknuri himself, through a status on the social network facebook, where he wrote that he had a friendly conversation with counselor McMaster. Following that, Minister Gjiknuri says that the US reaffirms the support for Albania and its role in major projects that guarantee the growth of energy security in the region and beyond. The two interlocutors agreed to consolidate Albania-US strategic alliance for joint addressing of security challenges.

Minister Gjiknuri is in Washington in the framework of a forum organized in the United States Senate on topic security issues and integration perspective of South-East European countries.
